Our presence in Asia isn’t built on one-off transactions. Instead, it’s built over time with clients who have observed the London residential property market over a long period. Whether we are catching up during a visit to the UK or meeting in one of our Asia offices, these relationships develop through continued conversations and follow-ups. Timely meetings and events allow buyers’ decisions to evolve naturally rather than being pressured by a certain deadline.

This is the philosophy that our Directors, Anita Mehra and Marc von Grundherr, carried to Hong Kong and Bangkok in March 2025. They spent time in personalised sessions with partners and buyers and discussed practical aspects of owning property in London, including rental performance, locations, financing and return on investments in a globally desirable market.

All meetings were led by individual circumstances and not fixed agendas. Some investors were reviewing existing property portfolios, while others were exploring first-time opportunities. A lot of attendees were present to gain a clearer picture of how London’s market is evolving in terms of capital growth and rental demand and how these factors can shape future decisions.

We also introduced a few selected London residential developments, in collaboration with esteemed developers. All events were focused on core investment fundamentals, including location quality, build standards, pricing alignment and long-term relevance.
