Sei Saadiyat is a new residential development by Aldar in Saadiyat Cultural District, Abu Dhabi. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, three- bedroom Kanso Residences and two- bedroom Kanso Lofts, alongside a wide range of wellness, fitness, social and landscaped amenities.

Sei Saadiyat is located within Saadiyat Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, placing residents close to Abu Dhabi’s major cultural landmarks and beaches. Abu Dhabi City Centre and Al Reem Island are approximately 12 minutes away, while Yas Island is around 20 minutes away and Zayed International Airport around 25 minutes away.

The development includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments with maid’s room options, three-bedroom Kanso Residences with maid’s room and study, and two-bedroom Kanso Lofts.

Prices start from AED 2.95 million for a one-bedroom residence. Other starting prices include AED 4.5 million for a two-bedroom, AED 5.4 million for a two-bedroom with maid’s room, AED 8.4 million for a three-bedroom Kanso Residence with maid’s room and study, and AED 7.5 million for a 2-bedroom Kanso Loft.

The development follows a 50/50 payment plan, beginning with a 5% down payment and progressing through scheduled installments before the remaining 50% is payable on handover. The estimated handover is Q4 2030.

Amenities are organised around four themes: Move, Restore, Connect and Breathe. They include rooftop pools, wellness facilities, fitness and yoga spaces, sports courts, landscaped gardens, co-working areas, cinema rooms, a library and gaming lounge, family dining, an indoor kids’ club and outdoor play areas.

Zayed International Airport is approximately 25 minutes from Sei Saadiyat. Dubai International Airport is approximately 85 minutes away.
